Wear your favorite shades of coastal blue, seafoam, aqua, or soft ocean-inspired tones, then stay after class to enjoy our signature Ocean Glow Mocktail while connecting with an incredible community.

Whether it's your first Pilates class or you've been practicing for years, everyone is welcome.

Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat. We'll provide bottled water, and we'll gather afterward for mocktails and community.
